The missionaries will say Jeremiah 31:32 Tells about the new covenant that is what they call the New Testament.
The Reply is: Notice verse 32-33 states: "...I will place My Torah within them and I will write it into their heart...They will no longer teach -- each man his brother -- saying, 'Know HASHEM -- when I will forgive their iniquity and will no longer recall their sin"
It is the Torah that is to be written upon the heart of every Jew. Remember, Jeremiah was speaking to the Jewish people. I don't know about you, but every Jew I know, including myself, still studies, teachers are still needed. It seems to be the same with Christains, they study and teach each other as well. This is not about a new covenant, but about the one and only covenant with the Jewish people being written upon the heart (Hebrew idiom for mind, btw) of every Jew. This prophecy has yet to be fulfilled, as we all still need to study the Torah to fulfill the eternal covenant.
